A house for slow days
The day begins green. A gravel path runs between bamboo fences, under an old tree whose roots hang down like curtains, and opens onto a private garden of palms and broad leaves. Conejo Residence rises over two floors, with four bedrooms and four bathrooms, so everyone keeps to their own rhythm.
There are two pools, and the afternoons belong to them. Palm shadows drift across the stone steps, loungers wait beside the water, and the poolside Bluetooth stereo sets the pace. When the heat softens, the barbecue and the outdoor dining area carry the evening on, well after the light has gone.
Indoors, the mood is calm and unhurried: soft grey seating, woven chairs, knotted textiles on pale walls. The kitchen is full size, with a dishwasher, and a washer and dryer let you travel light. Fast wifi and three TVs are there when you want them. Linens and all amenities are provided, so you arrive with very little to think about.

Up here the day begins quietly and ends slowly: a first coffee in the early light, a cool dip in the plunge pool when the afternoon turns warm, the charcoal glowing as evening settles in. From this upper level you look down over the main pool and the rest of the compound, while the speakers carry your own music, never loud, only enough. Long meals belong at the table, with its bench and chairs, just steps from the grill, and when the night is done, rooms 3 and 4 are close by.

Cancel at least 14 days before check-in for a full refund. Cancel 7 to 13 days before check-in for a 50% refund. Cancellations made less than 7 days before check-in are not refundable. Refunds go back to the card you paid with, usually within 5 to 10 business days. If you need to change your dates, write to us and we will do our best to help.
